We were approached by Tailored Living to design and install an electronics package for their Farnham project. This was an extensive brief covering HVAC, lighting control throughout, security, entry, entertainment, and networking.

Control4 forms the basis for occupants' interactions with the home, working in conjunction with Rako Lighting and Cool Automation, bringing the AC and heating systems together. Ruckus enterprise class networking equipment provides the stable base on which the system is built.

Overall, the project's aim was to keep the technology discrete but accessible. TV’s were concealed in picture frames or behind mirrors. In one area a motorised wall mount is used, allowing a picture frame to become a TV and move into the correct position.

The residents of the home have now been provided with the extra security and comforts of a well-planned electronics package and will be able to enjoy it for years to come.
