In this project for Tingdene, we installed an electronics package for the show home in their Windsor Marina lodge development. This smart home setup project required integrating HVAC systems, lighting control, security, and entertainment systems throughout.

This smart home setup was met with a unique complication, as the Windsor lodge was built in two halves at the factory with all decorative finishes installed. It was then transported to the site by lorry and brought together. This required careful planning and a bit of creative thinking to ensure cabling and infrastructure were in place and to allow easy connection of the two halves.

Due to the construction of the walls and ceilings, speakers couldn’t be integrated into the build, so we selected compact DLS flatbox speakers to accommodate the lodge. This was an atypical smart home installation project, but it led to stunning results and an effective and aesthetically-pleasing smart home.
